Squat: 45x5, 135x5, 225x5, 315x5. 405x1, 315, 2x5
Was gonna do more but a small fire broke out in the mens locker room and the fire alarm was going off. My kid was in the nursery and it was way too loud so i got her outa there.

Dips: 2x12
Horizontal row machine: 140, 3x10
Pec fly machine: 160, 2x10
Lat pulldown:150, 3x10
Side laterals:40# x12
Hammer curl:40#x12

Weighed in at 219 this morning. 6 lbs lost so far.

Keep killing it......getting stronger AND losing weight at the same time means you're doing something right!

Thanks cole :). Im doing the work. But half the credit goes to zilla honestly. I just do what he tells me haha.
