Thanks bud. I'm currently on a pob strength program. Sometimes when I have a busy week I have to condense my deadlift and isolation day. Love his style of training.
Welcome aboard. A lot of lifters here have done extremely well on POB's program. I'm sure you will, too.
Are the ulta-high reps for flushing/prehab/rehab, or are you looking to gain some size? I'm asking because I love to integrate that shit with my heavy stuff for all of the above reasons.
I'll be following the log and piping in whenever I can ... and I'll start by saying, this will crush your soul. But it will make you strong. Just don't take too long adding in generous amounts of post-training rolling and heat therapy for recovery. Sooner rather than later, Silvs. Especially if you are adding in hypertrophy stuff.

(seriously, it can be done ... T, 5.0, and some others ... but they are way more meathead than me).
That's a lot in 1 session. Looks like PoB is bringing all his disciplines here. In all seriousness, his programs work which is evident from the numbers his guys/girls are lifting.
