Thanks fellas. I don't have a meet planned quite yet. This run was more to build my strength up. I've got about 3 weeks left on this program and then in july pillar is starting me on a body building program. I plan on doing a meet someday but imnintwrested in competing both sports. Right now I'm just in a larval stage haha.

Another Bully Yoga trainee ... this is fun.

I'll be following the log and piping in whenever I can ... and I'll start by saying, this will crush your soul. But it will make you strong. Just don't take too long adding in generous amounts of post-training rolling and heat therapy for recovery. Sooner rather than later, Silvs. Especially if you are adding in hypertrophy stuff.

LOL at the idea of adding in extra work.

(seriously, it can be done ... T, 5.0, and some others ... but they are way more meathead than me).

Wave 4 week 1!

Squats: 285, 10 x2
Hack squats: 180, 10 x 10
Leg curl : 30, 2 x 100
Hyperextension: 50 lb kettlebell, 5x10.

Feel the burn! The 30 lbs on leg curl is baby weight but once u hit 50 reps it really starts to burn. By the time I'm at 75 I'm already gritting my teeth. All in all a good workout.

Ah yes, the 100 reps of leg curls ... I remember that day. I think I remember feeling "the burn" around rep 50, and then right around mid-80s - my teeth and the rest of my body started shaking. lol

Wave 4 week 1 day 2.

Bench: 225, 5x5
Floor press : 65 lb dumbells, 10 x 10
Barbell row: 135, 5x7
Tricep pushdown : 40, 2x100.

Pretty good workout. Felt kinda weak but I've averaged about 4 hrs of sleep a night for the last week. I need to catch up friday.

The 100 rep hammy sets pretty wild, how was it getting off the shitter the next day? Strong sets of hacks too!

U know the day after wasn't so bad. For some reason soreness always sets in a few days later. Today I was limping around haha. My hams are so tight and sore right now.

Chinese massage places are $45/hr....

HJ optional but I hear helpful.

There is a place close to me that will service the ladies after a massage. It's this place called "my basement"

It's also free.
