Show Prep WPD (2020)

Whelp. I'm at it again. Bodybuilding show this year, 2020. Started prep right after Christmas for an April, 2020 show. Women's Physique again.
Will use this journal to record progress, etc.

Weight: 162
1st meal plan:
1,378 calories
Carbs: 72g
Fats: 42g
Protein: 157g

1/12/20
Weight: 159
2nd meal plan:
1,099 calories
Carbs: 36g
Fat: 31g
Protein: 146g
(removed oats from meal 1 and almonds).
Coach increased cardio starting this week and told me to start the clen, 20-40mcg, 2days on/1 day off.

Mike probably knows all this stuff, but what would be your maintainence cals at 162 and 159?

@rawdeal , I don't know maintenance because I don't know my bodyfat right now. I do however estimate my current bodyfat to be around 20% I would think. Its pretty high LOL.
So having said that, if I were at 20% currently, and at 159 bodyweight, that mean my estimated lead bodymass is at 127. Given that for maintenance as an estimation, protein is at 1g per lean bodymass. So my protein would be 127.
Before I started prep, my daily calories were at approx 1,500.

Update time.

No show in april. Got a new puppy end if jan and that threw us into a loop lol.

New plan is a show this year. Might be Pink Muscle in october.

So new food plan coach has me on carbs. Enjoying all the food right now.
