Aug 6, 2017 Hello guys. I am 44 years old and 4 months ago I started lifting weights again. I'm not a bodybuilder but I lift to stay fit. Anyways for a few weeks I've been having a sharp pain on my front right shoulder part of the arm. It's bad where I can't lift my arm for a few minutes but shortly after the workout it goes away. Is there something I need to do like wear or take a break?
