I was working out with my cousin and like a dumb ass I did flat bench with him and I never do flat only incline. He wanted to max out and I decided like a moron to continue lifting flat as well so it was a little heavier than usual. I did two reps and after that the top of my shoulder that bone hurt and had inflammation. I’m praying I didn’t tear my rotator cuff. Has anyone done this before and what was the outcome.
