At 16 years old I wouldn’t cut anymore than that PLUS I wouldn’t bulk again per say for awhile. Clean eating and if you are looking to add more muscle just increase calories only slightly and if you notice fat increase back it down to maintenance. I would though train basic compound movements for next 3-4 years to increase overall skeletal muscle and foundation. IMO at 16 i would lift the big three , eat moderately clean and enjoy this time of your life.
That's good advise for any age right there Brother.

Again, I will say, do not get married to the scale. There is no way to tell how much weight you need to lose to get to 12% BF. I will say it again, being young and new to this, you can still build muscle while in a calorie deficit and dropping bodyfat. Love it while it lasts, because it doesn't last forever. That being said, you might gain 2 lbs of muscle for every 7-10 lbs of fat you lose, which is pretty significant.

You have the outline of abs, so I would guess you are somewhere around 18% BF.
i have much better definition abs when good lightning its looks so good, but in bad its same like this photos this is normal light! i thought i was less bodyfat %, the body fat caliper saying that i am 16%

Don't get married to the scale. You are young and new to training, so even in a calorie deficit you are still likely building some muscle. Most of us ancient motherfuckers cannot lose fat and gain muscle at the same time without a lot of PEDs.

My suggestion, keep doing what you are doing, because it is working well. Personally, I don't think anyone should think about bulking until they at least get down to 12% BF. You should start seeing veins in your lower abs at that point. I do this with all my clients who even think about competing. I don't care if it is the "off-season", if they are over 12% BF we are doing a cut. Once you get to 12%, go into a maintenance phase for 3-4 weeks before you start bulking. If you start bulking right away, the fat gain will come back quickly.
should i drop here my photos in good lightning?

i calculated everything and i need to lose 7 pounds of fat to be 12% bodyfat like 3-4 kilograms! with caliper and calculator from my BF and bodyweight! what you think about that one? thanks! so i will be 62kg 12% bodyfat if its accurate!
