I called it short term keto but I guess it's just the regular keto lifestyle. You just stay under 20g carbs until you reach your goal and then you slowly increase carbs until you find your balance. Under 20 keeps you in ketosis but when you get up to 30g and over your no longer in ketosis you're just on a low carb diet. My doctor treats hypertension and type 2 diabetes with it very effectively. I just know it works for me and I don't rely on diet alone. If anything it motivates me to work harder on the bike and treadmill. Can't be more harmful than carrying a bunch of extra weight year after year.
