Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been in jail for more than two years. Serving a life sentence for murder while facing trial on double-murder charges, Hernandez now faces additional problems.

According to WHDH.com, prison officials found a shank in Hernandez’s cell. He has been moved into a segregated unit of the facility.

The homemade knife was discovered on Thursday at the Massachusetts maximum-security facility.

I'd probably want one in my cell to if I was in prison.

Most prisons aren't as bad as you may think.

I've worked in a jail before and it was awful, so a prison would be even worse. I'd have to disagree. I know it's not like the movies but it's pure hell if you ask me.

I'm thinking that Aaron is just broken. He is one of those dudes that wasn't going to change his ways even though he had an opportunity towards a better way of life.
