Shaker Bottle Discovery

Sweet. I have to try that also. I've trashed a few bottles due to the continued horrible smell even after soaking in soap and bleach water.

Anything like that ends up in the bin. I have a weak stomach for stuff like that, even getting the lid off would be a challenge.

I drink my shake in the locker room after I train and just rinse it out right there. I've had the same shaker for years.

Update: When putting the cola and shaking it up, open it away from you. I just gotta taste of some weekend old sludge. I have never tasted such a thing and I put my mouth on some disgusting things. Just took an open mouth shower and I'm still getting shivers. Threw the damn jug away in spite.

There is nothing worse then forgetting to rise out your bottle and then coming back to the smell. Its AWFUL! but i have used the coke idea before and it does work. Also as a golf pro i use coke to make my golf clubs rust and remove rust stuff is nuts never drink it.
