45 years old haven't done any steroids since 2006. I have done this experiment a few times with similar results
Off cycle
4 weeks no sex at all
Bench & squat (same day) Friday & Tuesdays
Big gains in size & strength felt strong

4 weeks sex 3 to 4 times a week
Bench & squat (same day) Friday & Tuesdays
Shrinkage lost size and strength felt weak
Have done this experiment 3 times and always get the same results.
Have done a lot of steroids over the years starting back in the 80's at age 18.
Not saying this is a clear cut and dry case or in anyway a standard issue result for all males.
If you can, give this a try and see how your body reacts. Use a weight scale, measuring tape, log the days, eat a similar diet, and see what happens.
Don't waste your time trying this on steroids or during a pct cycle. It should only be attempted by someone in a natural hormone situation.
