Setting goals, Where do you want to be Jan-1-2012?

I have become a firm believer in setting specific goals to accomplish things in your life. Whether it is in the home, the gym, work, whatever….knowing exactly where you want to be or what you want to accomplish helps the journey tremendously. As soon as you attain said goal, set a new one ASAP! It is also important to not set a goal you know is impossible; you should DEFINITELY challenge yourself hard.

So where are YOU going to be on Jan 1st 2012? Please list goals only pertaining to bodybuilding, I don’t want to hear about you wanting to save 100 goats from slaughter... Here is my goal, or should I say where I will be on January 1st 2012.

I want to be able to bench 350 and Dead lift 400.

Shooting for 240lbs, 10%bf.
OH press 275lbs for reps.
DB press 175lbs for reps.

Big as a bull, strong as a OX and screwing all I want, oh I do that now. Serious though, I don't know my goal is 21" arms I am at 19, 260 to 250lbs, and just looking good, big and strong.

i suck at squats, 350# is very impressive! you can do it!

179lbs 18 inch arms @ 5'11 LEAN

29 inch waist still able to bench 2x my bw.

By July 2012 , the way I have my cycles layed out from now till then , I am lookin for 230lbs lookin tight , currently am staying around the 190's . Start date of April 6th

Goal 240ish @10%

...I dont keep track of max's cuz it doesn't pertain to my goals, but I WILL push 7 plates on squat by Jan 2012.

When I was younger, I wanted to do local shows. Now, I just want to get back to where I was a few years ago physique and strength wise. Been hit with so many injuries over the years. One after another... Pec tear, wrist fracture, partial bicep tear, than back to wrist pains. Lol, can't win. I just want to be injury free, and train hard. Getting old's a bitch!
