I already was blocked from viewing porn online some time ago that I assume was ISP-based. Was never sure if any USA location was blocked or just some more specific location I happened to be in. Solved that problem by just moving to another country on my vpn.

Otoh, if this Lee - Miller Bill was ever passed, it might put a hit on the bigtime porn production that has been increasingly accessible since about the 1970s ... drive it back underground where it was before then.
