Here are some before pics in 2008. I was 5'3 and weighed close to 260lbs I can't tell you what my measurements were but I wore a size 16 at one point and that's when I couldn't accept it anymore. Something had to be done. I immediately got a gym membership. Went 5 days a week religiously but only did cardio and the sauna lmfao.... I started out completely wrong I starved myself for close to a year till I could learn to eat smaller portions and the right foods. I got a personal trainer after I got to the point I thought I could make it threw a session without dying. I puked lol and felt like shit but I was determined not to give up. She made a personalized diet plan and I was on a mission. Fell off a little here and there but kept pushing got a new trainer and had a love interest I met there who really helped teach me so much. I eat as clean as I can I stick to 5 days a week working out 2 rest days. I may cheat with a snickers bar once a month but I've been really disciplinary with my diet other then my one cheat.

Mostly muscle and I repeat mostly lol.
