Not as fishy as tuna or FD's girl, very filling IMO I eat them right out of the tin.

Interesting.... I've never been a big fan of sardines, but it's been a long time since I've given them a try. Ought to give them another try.

what about the sodium? with 365mg potassium im guessing theres at least 800mg sodium.
