Its a squat program. That means single-purpose program to build your SQUAT. That means pick front OR back. Its only 6 weeks... your front squat wont wither and die without the attention. It can also be done AS you Olympic lift. With my lifter, who usually does lifts, maybe some deads, then finishes with squats, with this program he started with squats, and finished with the lifts. He ended up PR'ing both lifts more than once throughout the 5 week program (mine was modified to be harder)... everything went up. Emphasis during this time was on the squats though... so if something had to give due to time or fatigue... it was the lifts. He always got his squats done and never came close to missing a single rep.
