Routine change

I need a routine change. I don't like training like females (high reps with lighter weights) but some people seem to think that I'm overtraining. Any ideas?

What are your goals? Are you trying to get bigger? I have also been told I overtrain....so we have something in common!

Not all females train high reps and light weights. Women can use the same routines as men .If your lookinf for power look at a 5x5 routine or 5/3/1 and adjust accordingly per your one rep maxes.

I really liked 5x5 when I needed a change.
