Nother update: no weights today, am cardio 45 min and pm 45 min cardio. Veins are appearing in places I've never seen, ppl are saying "did u lose weight?"..."why are you sweating?".. For those interested, 2 caps daily keeps me. Very warm, not hot, but enough to work,but not so much I can't function, lift heavy, and do cardio. I feel as if I'm holding water, definitely looking flat. All that said, I have lost zero strength. Energy, sure, but not strength. I plan on sticking it out for a while at that dosage for another week or maybe 2. Really interested to see what's behind the water, and when I have this so called glycogen storage again.

Would it be wise to take advantage of this rebound I hear of with a lean bulk of test prop and super dmz 2.0 when this is over? Yes I've used gear before, that was over three years ago, nearly 4......ahhhhh, those were the days.

This stuff is really making me drag ass. Woke up in a nice sweaty bed last night. That is with a/c on 68 and fan on high. The results are starting to show. Not a miracle drug, but very effective.i tally punked out on my shoulder workout last night. 7 sets and fuggetaboutit. Also realized how i hadnt eaten enough that day, and ate a plain tortilla whole as soon as i got hone. About halfway through i realized, ohhhh this must be a carb craving.

Thanks mini.... Believe me I am. This compound used safely, flat out works. Just keep it at a reasonably low dose, control carbs, do cardio. It literally peels away fat. Causes some minor GI issues.....hot as fire there too:eek:

Oh BTW...I'm fine if anyone wondered. Stayed too busy to get on here however....phenomenal results. From 196 to the leanest I have ever looked at 188 in about 2.5 weeks. Really 2. Did 250x 5 days then bumped up to 500 for 6 days 750 for 2....wow. Those were the hottest 2 55 degrees days I've ever experienced. All this with little to no muscle loss. With proper diet And cardio in place 500mg is nothing short of flat out impressive.

Someone will say....only eight pounds, but its pure fat loss... seriously nuts. Now to bulk correctl. :)

Ok... I realize now that gadgets underestimate BF%'s but, you can still tell the shit worked. Before photo (i think its obvious) was actually a couple months prior to dnp. I had started upping cardio and went on a stricter diet before; however, results multipied with dnp. Lost several inches around waist. The shorts in the after fit the guy in the before picture to a T. Now they hang.
