i go see doc next week....this fri will be 4 weeks post surgery for me.
the cpm machine is working out well lol.
im real sick of this immobilizer/sling lol.
went to gym this past saturday and last night. sat worked shoulder and back....all single arm movements, of course. last night bi and tri.
