For multiple reasons I've decided to strip myself back down to the very basics of deadlift. As such, I now have the opportunity to restructure my deadlift style to the most effective one for my body shape and size and to objectively assess beneficial extras such stretching, accessory movements and deadlift variations (such as deficit) All this is to allow me to really push myself to my maximum potential with the realistic goal of achieving 350kg (772lb). I'll be sharing all my experience as I pursue this goal for the purposes of teaching, inspiring and entertaining.
