Tuesday I was out in the garden watering because we haven't had rain for 3 damn weeks! Neighbor calls, "You want a deer? It just got hit." Jumped on the 4 wheeler and went out to get him. Small buck from last year. Boned out the hams and pulled out the back straps. 20 lbs of free meat.

No, but I had possum and squirrel. Went in to stir the stew and meat was so tender the head fell off. LOL.

Entire strap goes on a grill heated up to 700 and turned down to the lowest setting.

Salt only for me. I scream when my young men glob Sweet Baby Ray's all over it.
