Hell of a cause there PLK! Just did my first meet in Dubuque 2 wks ago, i had fun and had a decent bench. Maybe Ill get on board with Team Mecca in the future.

Rob Luyando has a great crew. Definitely one of the most knowledgable shirted bench pressers I know.

No doubt. I love weekends when I can get out there. Those guys are a blast to train with. If you have the chance to train with them - DO IT.
