Red and irritated and itchy

Hi all was wondering if it is normal to have the injection site red and itchy with a hard bump under the skin the day after injection?

I forget which GH does this 192? it doesnt matter you have that kind...my solution was to always do it IM that alleviated the red itchy spots for me.
