Having surgery end of march to repair a full thickness tear of suprispinatus and partial labrum tear.
I am thinking my recovery will involve a course of bpc 157, my TRT Dose of test and then was trying to decide if I throw in some low dose NPP or deca and maybe 100mg masteron or proviron to increase free test.
HGH isn’t in the cards for me, but I wanted to check and see if there is any other compound that might help with healing and recover (maybe TB500? Or something else?

I had similar done plus a total shoulder replacement combined. I did all of the above plus HGH, IGF-1 and recently added low dose DECA. 8 months later I am still in some pain, but much less than before surgery. I am also lifting more weight now than before. I got one of those pully shoulder stretchers and did my own physical therapy at home.

Maybe add in some GHK-Cu. Never tried it myself, but it does speed up wound healing. I have heard it has some nasty PIP. Again, never tried, just what I heard.

MAjor repairs on both shoulders, like FT mentioned the shoulder pulley thing that hangs on a door is great and the "elephant trunk" type of leaning forward while you gently swing your arm in small circles in both directions multiple times per day can really help.
Mine were super fucked and look like balls of yarn inside except they are metal strings and some thicker cables held in with hooks.
Hope you recover, I am 4 plus years into mine and not even close to my previous abilities on Ninja warrior stuff or strength, still trying though.
I have nothing to add for Supps except the NPP did help alot but then I got to feeling too good and tore my pec..hah what a dumbass, LK has taken a 5 million dollar life insurance policy out on me that he is assured to collect on.
Good luck and don't push it too soon bro, one good thing is my legs never looked better than when I went through that
