I'm the same way. I look in the mirror and my arms don't look very big just looks like I have kinda a beer belly then I see pics and my arms look kinda big to me. I think it has something to do with seeing your self everyday in a mirror I mean think about it you don't go a day without seeing the reflection of your self atleast 2 or 3 times a day. Might be wrong but I think that's the deal.
