Going to try and do a Meet Oct 14th. It's a SPF meet which I have never done. They don't allow the Bench Daddy so I have to break out my Super Katana and learn it. Still haven't figured it out.

Also need to start a peaking for Squat and Deads along learning the Shirt.

Haven't posted in here in a very long time. I have a meet this weekend.

Going Single ply again. It's a SPF Meet. Hoping to break into the 1700's with a New Squat and Deadlift Meet PR... If my Killer-B shirt was allowed I'd be aiming for a 1800 total. I'm using a Super Katana and not that great in it yet. Looking for 650/405/655

Rough Start to the Meet, But hit a 50lbs Meet Squat PR and a 10lb Meet Deadlift PR. I almost had a 25lb DL PR @ 675lbs. I had it too, just drifted at the top. I'll post more later. Bench Sucked and I about died on Squats. Not a fan of the Mastodon Squat Bar...

Sounds like overall you had a solid day. Enjoy it and post vids when you get a chance.

What didn't you like with the Mastadon bar? I would like to try it. Haven't used a 65lbs bar. Train with my TSB. Were you able to train with a 65lbs bar in your prep?
