Helped a Kid out today in the Gym. The kid couldn't have been older then 12yr with no Parents in site. That I could see.

He was all over the place. Trying Incline DB's, Squats and other things. All with to much weight and bad form. I couldn't take it anymore while he was trying to squat 110lbs. He maybe weighed 90lbs himself.

He was on the Smythe rack with his feet to far under them while looking down during the movement. I walked over and asked him if I could give him some tips. He said ya... So I explained how to perform the squats correctly. I said the way your doing it now will hurt you back. He stated his back was hurting already. I hope he took my tips and takes his time. But at that age he needs someone there every min to watch and help out.

Good job helping the kid out, you can only hope he takes the advice. I have a nephew that is religious about sticking to the letter of my advice it's amazing how much stronger he is than all of his bigger friends and these are some monster kids. I wish I had that kind of solid coaching when I was young I think I would be a lot less injured LOL...

Loving the log Ramrod, the diet is looking great too!

Thanks, I made sure to show him how too and not just tell him. So I was explaining it as I was going through the motions. I wish someone would have known more and helped me out when I was younger too.

Thanks, I've tried so many styles of workouts and different routines in all sorts of different orders. I have been tweaking my current workout over the last couple of years. I've finally think I have it nailed. Been seeing good progress.

I have the same app. I like the bar code scanner, just scan the item and it brings up all the macros.
