Wow my new job is definitely gonna take a toll on me gym wise!! some days im working 11 hours and definitely too tired to workout after..
what can i do? im only working thinking of the long run, save up for a cycle, some new clothes, car, etc xD

Nice work Rampage, you'll find the balance with your job and the gym, definitely tough at first, hang in there!

As for the new job... Change up your program. Instead of doing what you're doing and having some expectation of getting to the gym 5 or 6 days a week, create a program where you're hitting the gym 3 times per week... Do whole body, or split the days up by the big three lifts. Your choice. Ever since I switched to that type of program, I see my daughter more.

thanks man, im definitely gonna try my hardest to hang in and yes it is very tough getting used to, especially cuz i was home before and didnt do nothing besides going to the gym lol

Definitely need to change my program!! i can go 3 days for sure maybe add one for cardio, i need to fix up my diet and workout routine! can you possibly suggest a good program thats worked for you..? thanks :t2991:

Well I ' m finally back to the gym meaning I' ll be more active here too.
So I started working, not an easy job, but my goal was to save up money for some juice, which I did but i paid the ultimate price.. lost 30lbs in about 3 months, from 185 to 155:(!
Took me a while to get my mind set.

Today i did tris:
Skull crushers
50x 8
60x8
70x6

Seated tricep press, drop sets
45 x 6
30x 8
20 x10

did that 3 x

tricep pushdown with a straight bar
60 x 8
75 x 8
90 x 6
100 x 4

Gonna be taking creatine for now, some multivitimins, fishoil, protein and a little bit of weight gainer..

Well i'm a slow eater, and the breaks are only 15 minutes.. so I would finish only half my food lol. Then when I'd come home i would go to sleep and wake up the next day.. And I also started blazing a lot more but now i ve cut down a lot I got way off track but now im back on track :p
all my muscles have been so sore after working em out after so long haha
