Good work bro, keep at it. That side tricepish pose looks good. Not sure of your overall goals but after you put on some more muscle, it's gonna shred up great! The shape and separation of your arms looks awesome and will really pop when you're shredded up.

Thanks bro ski! My overall goals always been to put on mass and look huge and once that happens (i doubt ill ever be satisfied) then Ill cut lol

Thats why I go to the gym 3x a week only. I just started adding calves into my workouts, I try to do them 2x a week and thank you!

Tricep pulldown w/ ropes superset with tricep extensions:
