Hi guys,

I have out on a good bit of muscle but due to a poor diet a good bit of fat too!
Other than carb cycling what can I do to trim the fat but maintain the muscle?
Weights then cardio after it? Keep my bcaa's high to stop catabolism?

an intro of your stats and experience would yield more responses rather than a question being your first post. so you want to know how to burn some fat and keep your muscle? well I think you know the answer begins with that diet of yours. what kind of calories are you taking in? with a generic question a generic answer would follow. you have to cut out fats, high sodium products, and yes cutting back on carbs if you consume too many. cardio after the weights will also burn fat positively...provide some more info about yourself and more responses could follow...
