Quick Leg Workout Today

Did a quick leg work out this morning. I designed it to not be a heavy leg day, as my Saturday's are currently that.
But I threw some stuff together for quick one, supersetting much of the sets.

Leg workout
Reps for all movements were at about 12-15.

Front squat in the Smith machine- 2/25# (propped heels up on a ledge)
Superset with leg extensions (but they hurt my knee so stopped after 2 sets of them)

SL deadlifts on this hurricane machine at the gym
Superset with sissy squats w/25# plate

KB squats 45lb, low and deep for about 15 reps/2-3 sets

Weighted Belt Squats 210#ish?
Superset w/ kickbacks

SL hamstring curls-30#


It all felt good. For some reason i kept piling on the plats on the belted squats. I think what i ended up with may be my next starting point LOL.

Belt squats are awesome. I don't have the machine in my home gym as it's too big, but I just use a landmine on a tree and chain up to it. Great for my beat up hips.

Get a small red band or two from elitefts and use it on the extension machine. Won't hurt the knees as it gets lighter at the bottom. I gave up on extensions many years ago and I stopped having knee pain though. So you may just want to quit them. The sissy squats and throw in some split squats and that should do it.
