I started cyclical keto Friday of this past week , switching from a 50,50,100,150,50 randomized carb cycle schema.... Along with this I'm at 120mcg clen and 50mcg t3, and test E.. I am wondering what is the optimal keto period between carb loading and is there a maglc number for carb loading ... I have heard 300g, some day just eat carbs with every meal one day a week and others say one meal with a ton of carbs. What have you guys done and what works best? Just got ketone strips and didn't test 1h after a meal but was in the dark pink area after a workout and very low carb pwo shake (6g total) chocolate pb isolyze is the shit!
