I'll start my journal by posting my last two workouts. I try to get extra cardio/abs in between sessions. Later today I will train upper body.

Tuesday, Dec. 21:

Lower Leg Curl: 50x20

Upper Leg Curl: 100x20
Platform Jumps: 20

Burpees: 20
Full Leg Curl: 70x20
Platform Jumps: 20

Monday, Dec. 20:

5 rounds of:
Pec Dec: 80x20
Push ups: 10
Mountain Climber: 50

3 rounds of:
DB Shoulder Press: 15x15
DB Lat Raise: 5x15
Upright Row: 20 (body bar)x15

Floor Back Rows (bands):
Yellow-15
Green-15
Black-15

Band Curls (yellow): 20x3

Tricep Band Push-down (yellow): 15x3

Rope: 60x3

Abs (black band): 30x3

You start off in the squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you, you kick back your legs into the push up position, pull them back in to the initial squatting position, jump up into the air from the squatting position.
