I can't find any information (of course) on the use of PT-141/MTII on people with mitral valve prolapse. Does anyone see any complications arising from this? I wouldn't think so, but want to see the concensus.

Do either one of you have heart issues, e.g. MVP, murmurs? The fiancee has MVP and I want to make sure it won't do anything to her. She's taken ephedrine before and I would think that would have more adverse effects on the heart than PT-141.

I don't, I have a heart of stone... but I have never taken pt-141... looking into it now...

I would think that if she can handle ephedrine then she should be ok... I dont think any info I have read on MT-II said anything about heart rate increase... I have read it makes you fee like shit...

Stay away from it. Those melanocortin receptors 3 and 4 can vary a lot. Not worth the risk imho. If you do go forward, dosing MT-2 or PT-141 at 250mcg is sufficient
