good article! I also use protein powder to fill in the gaps, and post-workout. i've read ridiculous statements on protein intake and i've come to my own conclusions.... I take in what I feel is necessary to make the changes I need. Looking in the mirror is what guides me. If I don't see a change, I adjust accordingly. not rocket science.
