For all you that buy at true nutrition… what mix are you getting? Or making, and how many lbs? It’s very expensive and that’s why I’m hesitant to buy it.
I buy Whey Concentrate, either Chocolate Fudge or Red Velvett. Concentrate has a slightly higher amount of carbs/fats (very small) and lactose (also small) than Isolate, but I tolerate those just fine and they do not effect me negatively in any manner. It's $5 cheaper per pound than isolate so i save money, despite a slight few grams less of protein. I also like a few other flavors like the strawberry, orange, banana etc. I mix my chocolate with almond milk, liquid egg whites, powdered oats, splenda, pb powder, cocoa, and INSTANT COFFEE...love it! I don't need all that, but it fits my diet well in the morning. I would tailor it as needed if I were cutting down and needed to make changes, but taste is great. The Red Velvett I mix with either almond milk or 1% milk, along with liquid egg whites, and powdered oats...LOVE it! Of course, I also addd it to Greek yogurt as well.

I used to buy isolate but a few years back when it was all bought out and there was only concentrate available, I bought what they had and realized I could save money with concentrate. Again, if you do not do well with it, then get isolate. You can also just get plain unflavored and add your own flavoring to it.

It may have changed, but for many years when you bought from companies, you paid for say 5# of protein + flavoring+ any other added ingredient, so you had less than 5# of protein once all the other ingredients were added and weighed together at 5#. TN came along and you paid for 5# of protein, then all the other stuff was added on top of it, so you got/get 5# of protein no matter what before the other flavorings/ingredients were added...so you got more for your money. Maybe others have changed that now though.

They have various discount codes. They will text you better codes if you allow them to do so. Right now I think only 5% discount codes are available. I use "THINK" as my code, unless I have one for 10% or more. They just had 10% for Memorial weekend.

When I order, Just pick my protein, the flavor at normal levels (or medium), then no additives or anything to it. Then I get the mylar bag and use normal shipping.

Yeah, I use concentrate up until about 10-12 weeks out from a show then switch to isolate. I only use protein powder to make my pre workout pancakes and add some to my post workout Greek yogurt. I really cannot taste the difference when I do it like that. There is a little bit of consistency difference when mixed with the Greek yogurt. Concentrate comes out more like cake batter and isolate is thinner like pudding.

Isolate for sure...Rule 1 or Nutra Bio OR sometimes I get it direct from this farm in Wisconsin. It's good stuff!

I could have sworn there was already a post here about them. Might explain why I felt so bloaty on and gassy on it. Perish the thought I consume maltodextrin without issue like the majority of the population. I love how they deep-dived on the guy behind it. It sounded like he did try to make things right with refunds, but I didn't keep up with it. Nor did I try to get a refund myself.

Maybe I was being "rewarded" for my good deed...a coworker who had bilateral total mastectomies contacted me for a protein powder and I referred to total nutrition and was JUST about to mention best bulk whey, but "something" went off in my head, no idea why, "let me look into them", and sure enough. I would have felt like a jerk telling her about them.... looks like Premiere protein RTD until I get to costco :D
