2 cups quick oats, 2 cups peanut butter, 2 cups protein powder and 10-12 oz of honey. I mix up the oats and protein powder and warm up the peanut butter and honey in the microwave. Then I mix it all together by hand (wear gloves unless you want it sticking to your fingers). I line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with wax, parchment or freezer paper and press the mixture in evenly. I put it in the freezer for about an hour then cut them into squares.

Macros will depend on the type of protein powder and size of the squares.

These hold really well up to room temperature. They get kind of gooey when warm.

I got that recipe from either HALO or Technobarbie like 20 years ago. It is my go to food when I am hunting and spending 8-12 hours in a stand. I put a few of those in a Ziplock bag and I am good to go all day.
