Proper way to take tamodex !!!!!!!

I was told to take this tamodex 10mg after my cycle 25mg dbol got 50caps 1 to 2 a day haven't started yet but want to know the best way to take this and the pct !!!! Input please

Hey young...not trying to be a dick. Just doesn't sound like you are ready for that stuff. That's all.

if you're taking dbol, look up the half life of that compound. That's when you start taking your serm (i'm assuming that's what you have, never heard of it)
Also, I wouldn't waste a dbol only cycle. Should have a base of test as well.

I understand. You have years ahead of you to get jacked, naturally. I haven't taken any of this stuff but do know quite a bit about it.
Just keep training, eating big and your time will come.

You can see I'm making assumptions so before I make any more, can you post your current stats, maybe a pic of your natural build so far?

EDIT - just realized tamodex is another name for nolvadex.

Typical protocol is 40/40/20/20

I've seen others as 60mg day 1, 40mg days 2-12, 20mg days 13-23, 10mg 24-30
