6 weeks out . Still new to TID (thanks Lizard for inviting me over). Hoping these pics lend some credit to my posts. So many guys look better but, I think these show I’m not a newb. I mean, It’s ok to bust my balls. I just want to be treated like a grown up is all

I’m going to be cutting it real close the the middleweight limit. I’m 187 now . Cap is 176.25. If I miss, I will be a Light Heavy & up against comp up to 198.25. I’ve been much bigger but back surgeries, injuries, & age make mass a real challenge . Thanks tho, Lizard King

I’m older . I’m 41. That’s one thing. The other is I have a phenomenal coach. He’s an IFBB pro, has a masters in dietetics, and coaches other pros. The diet he has me on emphasizes natural diuretics like asparagus and dandelion root.
