So I've been thinking about eventually training with knee wraps, any good? Is there any difference in program such as should I do equipped training or can I go with regular Sheiko training? Right now squatting with knee sleeves, ordered a belt still waiting on it so no belt at the time.

Squat: 140 kg/ 308 lbs
Bench: 85 kg/ 187 lbs (embarrassing)
Deadift: 200 kg/ 440 lbs
Total: 425 kg/ 936 lbs
BW: 80 kg/ 176 lbs

If you train using a %1rm like with a sheiko template you will need time to set a wrapped 1rm to calculate the sheet.

If you use rpe then go for it.

Before attempting a 1rm with them learn how to use them properly and get used to them.

Don’t be ashamed at your bench . Try Changing up your style . And we are vary close in pound for pound
Squat:295 lbs
Deadlift 365 lbs
Bench 205 lbs
Total 860 lbs
Bw: 170 lbs when checked Thursday for the 365 lbs deadlift

If you use them correctly you should definitely be able to put some more lbs on your squat PR. This is also dependent on the wraps. Some are very mild and you can use them comfortably for more sets. Some are very aggressive and will add more lbs but hurt like hell. Nothing special needed programming wise IMO. Personally I just squat raw and then throw them on the set before my heaviest weight.
