    So I've been thinking about eventually training with knee wraps, any good? Is there any difference in program such as should I do equipped training or can I go with regular Sheiko training? Right now squatting with knee sleeves, ordered a belt still waiting on it so no belt at the time.

    Squat: 140 kg/ 308 lbs
    Bench: 85 kg/ 187 lbs (embarrassing)
    Deadift: 200 kg/ 440 lbs
    Total: 425 kg/ 936 lbs
    BW: 80 kg/ 176 lbs

    If you train using a %1rm like with a sheiko template you will need time to set a wrapped 1rm to calculate the sheet.

    If you use rpe then go for it.

    Before attempting a 1rm with them learn how to use them properly and get used to them.
