Problem eating enough

Anybody got a good suggestion for a appetite stimulator? I am have a tough time eating hell sometimes I wake up and dont feel hungry for hours is there anything out there that I could use to stimulate appetite?

lol, just saying some people eat plain ol grilled chicken breast ED..... gets old if you dont know how to cook. i guess your not in that category
