Might want to stock those freezers, buy those sides, split buying a whole beef with someone, price of beef is going up, up, up.

All food has gone through the roof anymore.Cant leave the supermarket under $200.00 it seems now.

Best to buy in bulk at wholesale stores.Search them out boys and girls.Well worth it.

I wait for sales on chicken breasts and buy 100lbs at a time... Yes I'm serious. Looks like I'll do something similar for beef, just not 100lbs

I want to raise a couple cows for this reason, 1 cow a year, and a couple deer and we are set aside from bacon

maybe it will go up more maybe it will go down...prices have been going up dramatically since '01.
So yes it can still follow that trend. Then trend is your friend until it ends. I follow feeder cattle and live cattle futures.

Whatever the cost I'll pay.

One day I saw Filet Mignon only $2 more a pound then Top Sirloin, butcher said they have no clue why that happened.

depends... a good piece of rump can run you anywhere from $100 to $1500 or more per hour... wait... what???
