1 year for non felons or ppl without drug crimes in their past, is the max you can get for first time "misbranding" charges. If you have past drug crimes or misbranding you will face a max of 3 years. Since this is just a plea and he has no past. Really good chance he will just get probation.

Didnt they have sell hgh out of their biz also? I think i remember something about hgh when they got shut down.

I am sorry but this one doesn't surprise me.... Greg ' s son who is deceased didn't know what he was doing and then his dad got involved and didn't know what he was doing either. What goes around comes around. and any peptide company advertising on the boards is not smart. Oh and do you think that maybe he is only facing 1 year because maybe he rolled over on other peptide companies??????
