Most of my PRs that are noteworthy are high rep. I have flat benched my bodyweight 273 times across 10 sets. I have also squatted my bodyweight 100 times with only 2-3 rest pauses of 15-20 sec. But where I come from... vids or it didn't happen and I have no vids of them so it must not have really happened lol.

Some impressive PRs in here.

The one I forgot, which I am most proud of is 300 pullups with 25# added weight. Done in sets of 20-25 with about 60 secs rest between. I haven't went crazy like that on pullups in about 7-8 months.

As you said yourself, vids or it didn't happen. What are your stats, as far as height and weight and bf? Maybe since it's been 7-8 months since you went crazy like that, you should video-tape yourself going crazy and post it up. That would be an instant epic if you could do 300 pullups in 15 sets with 25lbs added.

Exactly! Vids or it didn't happen. For all!

6'2" 210 10% bf. Natty. I couldn't do 1 pullup when I started in Jan 09. Now they come very easy. Next time maybe I will vid... or maybe I won't :)

LOl Iron insanity we have this rule in the gym too.i guess when I max again it needs to be on vid or pics

Age 17 all natural i benched 265 and squated 425. i know its not much but it keeps rising lol

I did 315 on squats for 4 ..............

Here is my pic of 295lbs for 8. Hubby had to help spot on the 315 and we didn't take a pic.

to many to list!! hhhmm perfect score on usmc 3 mile pft 17:52..out running everyone.....870yrd ks of a towelhead ...17 handstand push-ups between benches @ 220lbs...under the knife 22x....but by far the best-----father of 7 kids by age 40 n blessed by God to still be alive

By far the most impressive PR's!

it has been 6 weeks since doing any deads because of my little hamstring irritation. it has been doing better and i have squatted the past 2 weeks so today was dead day. i hadnt intended on going heavy, really, i wasnt but i coudnt help myself.

so since it is video or it didnt happen the right way, here is my video from todays deads at 320# it isnt pretty and i barely got it but, i got it :D

^^^ Awesome job ATW! Strong pull was strong. What the heck was the hammer pounding in the background?

when i was 36 5'9" and 242lbs..raw lifts..
675 dead for 4
675 squat for 5
495 bench for 2...3 with 2 finger assist

im 47 now...well in a couple days...3 months ago at 260lbs
505 dead for 3
495 squat for 4
325 bench for 5...maybe 6 but didnt have a spot

a lot of you guys remember i had shoulder surgery in july of "09" and was told id never bench heavy again...im going to try and do a power lifting comp the first part of next yr....hoping to weigh in at 242 and pull 550 squat 575 and bench 425 but will be happy with 405....i was going to do a comp next month and was on track but had some personal probs side line all that so we'll see what brothaluvs got in january ;)
