765 for a double on squats, I was young and indestructable.
735 for single on deadlift...ditto.
bench well not so good, I dont do flat, incline 435 for 4 that was 2008
Leg press has always been something I could kill, jacked up 2300 for 4 reps back in 2006, a friend of mine took some pics but Ill be damned If I know where they are anymore.
Well that was then this is now, still pretty strong dood but you cant keep that up forever, just happy lifting and growing.

Most of my PRs that are noteworthy are high rep. I have flat benched my bodyweight 273 times across 10 sets. I have also squatted my bodyweight 100 times with only 2-3 rest pauses of 15-20 sec. But where I come from... vids or it didn't happen and I have no vids of them so it must not have really happened lol.

Some impressive PRs in here.

Some impressive numbers up here!

I did a 365 pound squat last week that had me psyched! (it was set 6 - working sets to failure were 225 x 10; 275 x 7; 315 x 6; 365 x 1)

And I did a romanian deadlift 405 for 2 on my fourth working set.

My benchpress whatever... its pathetic. Barely do a full set at 225 :(

Amen to that, and I'm sure you know there is always a good reason why you are alive. Enjoy life
