I'm new to this Forum, but as my training has progressed my need to speak to like-minded people has increased,
I have been training for a few years now, I am holding a little too much BF (23%) i'm 27 years old and weigh 215
My PR's so far are...
Squat - 405 for 2
Deads - 396 for 2
Flat Bench - 286 for 1 (253 for 3x3)
there are some areas that I need to improve on, any help would be greatly appreciated,
I'm based in the UK
