    500x1 squat - never tried to push it more, but I do 405x8 for a few sets currently
    500x3 dead
    365x1 bench

    Last weekend pulled [email protected] (181). Had done that in the gym but that was a meet PR.

    Goal was 628. Got it all the way up but my grip slipped at lockout before getting the down command :(

    I finished off an 18 inch pizza by myself.

    Previous Pr was a 15 inch pizza.

    Hi Guys,

    I'm new to this Forum, but as my training has progressed my need to speak to like-minded people has increased,

    I have been training for a few years now, I am holding a little too much BF (23%) i'm 27 years old and weigh 215

    My PR's so far are...

    Squat - 405 for 2
    Deads - 396 for 2
    Flat Bench - 286 for 1 (253 for 3x3)

    there are some areas that I need to improve on, any help would be greatly appreciated,

    I'm based in the UK
