OK, great. I was going to take a look at the structure of your training program (i.e., based on your 1RMs I can gain insight into the percentages you're using) and it's great that you post the actual training plan for each day that seems to be given to you as a matrix with illustrated exercise demonstrations. I'm always interested in gaining insight into training programs used by actual athletes.

Sure, if you just keep doing what you're doing for a full training cycle, presumably with PR attempts at the end, that'd be good. Do still need to know your 1RMs to derive the percentages but it's OK if you don't want to say.
