Looks like a damn good sandwich
@CFM I eat all day and train after work . I'm usually at around 3000 cals by the time training comes around and have lots of protein and carbs running through my system. My pwo meal is typically only 30g of carbs rice or something and whey isolate.
However the other day I was behind on calories and had a carton of egg whites (50g protein carton) , 2 eggs, 1 air fried russet potatoe.
