Poll: egg whites with oats

Ok who does the nasty with the egg whites and oats ... Lets take a survey

I'll fry up some egg whites with a 1/2 cup of oats, I don't think I would nuke them together.

I eat all my food separate, I can't mix them together my wife gets piss off cause she washes a lot of dishes.

Started phase two of my contest prep diet today and breakfast for next 4 weeks is 2 cups egg whites 1 cup ( dry ) rolled oats... It's a proverbial **** ton of food.... I could barely eat it all. Did the oats in the microwave and the eggs in a pan with sea salt and mince onion ... Mixed all of it together and went at it. May try some stevia in the oats next time ... Other option is muscle egg flavored eggs and drinking them but its so goddam expensive


Anybody got a coupon code for muscle egg?

I went for the bacon, I have never had the egg whites in my life and only oatmeal when I had to, that stuff is for horses.

I'll add egg whites to the low sugar apple and cimanonoum oats. Tastes fine. Better mixed in with grits n' cheese though.

Combined them once, and didn't like it.

Egg whites and turkey bacon go well together though.

drinking whites gives me a messed up asshole. I get the quick oats and blend it with water and chug.
I cook my eggs, prefer them hardboiled. 2 cups of egg whites is 10 egg whites. So you could boil
10 eggs and eat just the whites. That's one of my standard meals.

I think 1oz is 1 white so 2 cups would be 16 whites no?

At the store...32 oz carton of egg whites = 20 egg whites so 16 oz (2 cups) = 10 egg whites.
Maybe it's different not in the carton somehow. IDK.
