Wonder why about a quarter of the vials already had the blue cap peeled off to access the rubber stopper? If LE is going for distribution charges, this argues more for personal use, although that IS a helluva lot of vials to be drawing from at the same time. Maybe LE did that, but why?

I saw that too.

One of two things IMO.

1. The pics were taken at the evidence lab

2. He had clients getting personally injected. Highly unlikely but I know a couple of guys that go to a UG guy that has something similar of a wine locker for his guys to keep it hidden from wives family etc.

Most likely LE testing but figured option 2 was worth mentioning.
